I found a colt 6920? if that is what they were 14 years ago. The store owner is very reputable and is a local LEO. The price is 1100-1200 with front rail "china brand" UCG or something like that but it was solid as most expensive rails i have seen has a front drop handle, flip up rear sights it is stamp colt tactical ar15-a3 and it is a hbar carbine. the charge handle pulled smoothly not rough like the other brand new ar's that were in the store like RRA, BM, etc. What should i do i have know idea on how many rounds have been through this gun, but barrell looks good to the eye................PLEASE HELP

I doubt it is 14 years old.

Too much. My used 6721 cost me $975.

It's not a 6920 if it's got an HBAR profile barrel.

And $1200 is way too much. Shop around and you can get a brand new 6920 sans airsoft garbage handguard for that price.

I agree. That price it too high for a Colt littered with aftermarket crap. Installing a UTG rail on a Colt should be illegal. If the owner only bought a $50 rail, I'd bet the flip up sight is crap too.

Is it marked with the Law Enforcement Only stuff on the lower? It could be a ban era 6721 which would put it in the area of 10 years old... give or take. Where's the original carry handle?

Personally I would pass it over.
