Used safariland 6280 holster for full size glocks with insight light/streamlight/surefire light. Fits glock 19 frame size as well which is what I used it for almost exclusively with a TLR 1. Shows wear and is missing the retention screw but it works as intended, and you could buy another retention screw if needed. Comes with G Code RTI belt mount with the RTI adapter attached to the holster. Looking to sell all together and not split up. PM me with your number if you want pictures of the set up.
