who is Hoyt?

I was looking at my local backpage listings and came across an AR pistol upper made by a company called Hoyt, any info from you guys? I looked online and not really anything. Nothing on M4C in general or technical, either. Id be very interested to hear what info you guys have or know. it has a Hoyt upper and 10" barrel, Troy BCG and Hera rail.

No clue in firearms manufacturing, but there is a Hoyt brand that are arguably the best or one of the best bow manufacturers out there.

Could just be a coincidence.

The only related tidbit that I know of was an AR lower / crossbow conversion being marketed some time back.
