Want a jacket that will cut the chill, but not leaving sweating like a stuck pig in a sausage factory? Here it is. Vertx Integrity Base Jacket. It has been worn a whopping 5 days when I was working in Boston, in December. I kid you not. It did what it was supposed to do, which was keep me warm. It still looks brand new because I wore it to my client's office and back to my hotel. Period. Build quality is outstanding. Nanosphere treated so you get water repellent, YKK zipper, and it is just a well made jacket, you can wear as-is or wear a hard-shell over it. It's what you would expect from Vertx, the stitching is perfect, zippers function flawlessly. I've been issued a directive to free up some space in the closet by the CG.

It's a really nice jacket. I paid $85 shipped to my house - looking to get $50 shipped to your door. I think that's a right fair price for a nice Vertx. They aren't cheap - the black one sells for $149-165. Same jacket, different color.
