A little late with this as I didn't handle it through the EE.

Purchased a LAW folder from Duffy. As would be expected from a trusted member and business owner, the process was seamless, quick and a good deal, I hope for both of us.

I emailed him on a Wednesday night at nearly 2300 asking about ETA on restocking the Redi-Catch. He replied within 10 minutes to adjust online inventory and got me a tracking notification before I had a chance to crawl into bed.

Top notch customer service.

Roger is good people. All my dealings with him have been top notch.

We’ve had several long conversations about a new endeavor I’m working on and he has been so open to five advice and be a sounding board for me. Not every person who sells parts is as sound or solid as the parts they sell. Rog is 100% GTG, his parts at Forward Controls and previous companies are an extension of who he is. He doesn’t make a part for a problem that doesn’t exist. I wish every manufacturer followed that mantra.
