Just saw this on Howa's budget precision rifle. Not all the features of the more expensive makes, but the accuracy seems to be there.

+1 I like it. Seems to be a good solid rifle and rather lite. It's nice to see these company's putting out great rifles at good prices, I think it helps someone who wants to get into long range get in without spending $5k and having a fight with wife every time. Haha
