Yep, trying to conserve some $ here. Looking to add a light to an M4 build. In the near future i will be purchasing the 7060, and would love to also be able to mount it on the rails of my M4. Not sure if the light is constructed to stand that type of shock, along with potential mounting-bracket issues. Does anyone have experience or thoughts on this? Thanks.

I have the Pelican M6 (2320) that has held up very well as a weapon light so if thats any comfort to you so be it. Im not sure of the type you asked of though... if you can provide further info maybe others will respond?

The 7060 is a big light for a carbine. You might have trouble finding a mount to fit. Also, you sure you want a rechargeable light? Not exactly sure what your purposes are but you may want to rethink this light as weapon light. On the flip side, it's bright as hell and throws pretty far.
