What are the most common broken parts with a 10.3" suppressed 5.56 AR-15 rifle? Putting together a small broken parts kit... Also field tools needed for those parts.

I'm no expert and haven't broken anything yet (also been thinking of putting a spare parts kit together), but I usually keep a spare bolt or entire BCG ready to drop in.

If anything I'd just keep an extra pre-headspaced bolt around. You're getting a little more gas with a can but if I remember correctly it's more dwell time, not more port pressure. Also making sure your setup is tuned for suppressed use can only help reliability/longevity.

The first thing to break is your wallet :)

Yes, more important than having spares is having the gun setup to run correctly with the suppressor.

I just keep another rifle in the truck and repair main shooter when back home.

Bingo. Control gas flow, control timing, and have adequate reciprocating mass.
