anyone have thoughts on these, I did a search and did not find anyone using the whole kit, I know Larue has a good rep, my search fu is lacking thank you in advance. This build would be a 7.62 x 51 or a new Grendel upper for a lower I have
I think this is the wrong site for your question. There's an entire forum here... https://www.ar15.com/forums/Industry/LaRue-Tactical/219/
That being said, I have a 5.56 PredatOBR and a Stealth 2.0 M-LOK upper on the way. Everything I've used from them has been top notch. The one problem I had was promptly resolved w/o issue.

Ok thanks, I used to have one of the first 7.62 OBR'S but sold it was a good gun just not familiar with the new DI offerings, not sure why this is the wrong site to ask though, yes I am not as knowledgeable as most here but have gotten great advice here and this is one of the most respected sites for such advice.
Well hello neighbor
I've got one Larue upper
It's nice but since building my own
I know I can build one as good for less
But lower resale value

To all concerned.
The custom build area is a place to show off/discuss and ask questions and get feedback about your completed custom build (this means a completed AR that is functional and already completed). If you are going to post pictures of your build, please post a complete picture not just your parts, partial lowers, etc....
Also, buying an upper separate and then a lower and throwing them together does not constitute a custom build. It would be nice if you took time to explain how you came to your decision and explain your set up. Thanks.
If you do not follow the guidelines and your post disappears it's probably because it was moved to the trash or deleted.
