New unfired PSA Dissy upper with M5 RAS. RAS was NOS shows normal wear from installing and removing panels and accessories but has never seen the light of day. Included 3 rail covers and VFG.
Asking $300.00 firm shipped lower 48.
I also have used colt carry handle sight, new PSA CH and a complete BCG that can be added for additional cost if you want a complete drop in upper. Will split upper and RAS if you dont want both.
