This is a complete, BCM factory built 14.5" Mid-Length ELW-Fluted upper receiver group.
This upper has less than 200 rounds through it and is barely broken in. It runs like a champ.

BCM 14.5" Upper Receiver Group w/ Mid-Length Enhanced Light Weight Fluted Barrel w/ 1:7 twist
Chambered in 5.56 NATO / 223 Remington
The barrel is unpinned so all NFA rules would apply.
