I was going to buy some set screws/roll pins for my gas blocks/gas tube.

McMaster-Carr, part #: 90289A337
part #: 92383A152

These look right?

Don't know about the set screws. Rather than be out 12 bucks, why don't you check a local hardware store, that is not a hard to find size.

Likewise with the roll pins, although I doubt they have that size, mine doesn't.

You number is the right size, but these numbers are more inexpensive:

Gas Tube Retaining Roll Pin: 5/64" Diameter x 5/16" Length
McMaster-Carr Part Number: 98296A122 Split - 100 @ $5.01

They are single use items, and the tensile strength is the same.

I hit my local hardware store, took alittle digging but I found the set screws I was looking for, a bag of 7 or 10, whatever it was LOL. cost me .98 ;)
Actually cost me more in fuel to get there... Still, I like supporting my local stores when I can.

I've checked the local hardware store for set screws, but they don't have knurled ones. Also regarding the roll pins, is the SS not worth the extra corrosion resistance?

Nope. Unless it's only a penny or 2 difference I wouldn't worry about it.

I think you referenced a standard "c" shaped roll pin. If that is the case, I will recommend Spirol roll pins.

Why use coil roll pins?
