Jacket

I am looking for a jacket for law enforcement/tac teams. I’m curious what other teams or groups use. I wanted something versitle, was thinking a hard shell with a soft shell liner. Any help would be appreciated.

We use Arc’teryx jackets and rain gear. Worth every penny.

Other than Arc'teryx you can find decent stuff from Beyond and Outdoor Research, but Arc'teryx is worth the money.

Our best long-term bang for the buck was Arc'teryx (Alpha shell and Atom for loft). It was more hardy and tolerated poor care better than our current issue Beyond. Prior to the Arc'teryx we had the Patagonia MARS system, which much like the Beyond, didn't tolerate poor care and maintenance.
