View Full Version : M&P 2.0c Frame on 1.0 Slide

Has anyone done this? Seems quite simple.
I'm wanting to RMR my 2.0c and I figured if all you need to do is file down the gen 3 slide stop and than you can run the Performance center 4.25" slide kit for 330$...
I was about to send my slide off and have it milled, but with suppressor sights i'll be around 300$ anyways.
4.25" inch barrel on the compact frame won't effect conceal-ability really either, win-win it seems.?
As long as your 1.0 upper actually groups.
Edit, im actually suprised it works, i thought the uppers were a lot different.
Thanks for sharing.

No problem, seems like a good route to go. Just wanted to confirm if anyone else has any personal experience with it.
Just to clarify, i have not tried it myself.

Yeah, I didn't take your post as you have. I'm getting ready to go ahead and order the 4.25" performance center slide, if it doesn't function mechanically for some reason I'll just resell it.
$330 with a new slide, barrel, and suppressor sights + the RMR cut out is a pretty decent deal.

Take your pick. This is for the 4.25" 9mm
I ordered from Gunsmidwest and bought an extra slide stop to file down on Ebay since brownells was on Backorder. I'll update how this works.
Got it all together after my 4.25" recoil spring came in(I thought it was coming with one).
Have not shot it, but after filing down the slide stop a little bit like the video mentions everything is working mechanically.
