Replacement sights for an Arsenal 107UR

I would like to upgrade the sights on my Arsenal SLR 107UR.Does anyone make replacement sights for the rifle?If not,can you modify a set of sights to fit or install a rail on the rear sight base?

I would like to install a ghost ring rear sight or a better blade sight.I also intend to install a tritium front sight.What are my options?Will I have to make my own?

XS makes the best AK sight, IMO.

They offer a Big Dot setup, very similar to the pistol sight.

They also have a tritium post thats very nice.
