Arsenal SLR 107UR SBR Owners

Anyone have an Arsenal SLR 107UR that has been converted to an SBR?Can you post pics and comments.I have purchased the 107UR and am in the planning process of the conversion.Any advice would be great.Recommended builders or upgrades?

I would think that the biggest potential issue is tweaking the gas port when going from 16" to 8". Does a 7.62x39 in a 8" barrel have much muzzle velocity?
