I can't personally speak to their quality, but Ballistic Advantage makes one for about $200.

The BA barrel is carbine gas. SMOS Arms and Triarc Systems make 13.7" mid lengths. Rainier Arms had a run of Rock Creek 13.7 mid lengths, you might still be able to track one down.

The Triarc is a very smooth shooter. It's appropriately gassed as well.

The Triarcs are pretty advanced barrels, what with their angle-drilled gas ports and single edge polygonal rifling and well thought-out profiles.

At least, I think they still use angle-drilled gas ports.

I believe that was just MicroMoa, and only their 12.5 mid lengths and 16 rifle lengths.
