Just thought i would introduce myself. I'm in the process of getting back into the world of ARs. I was forced to sell my entire previous collection due to an illness, but let's just say BRD has got me good.

Here's a little tease for my current build...

She should be finished by the end of the week and i'll be sure to get some shots of her when she's done.

I look forward to furthering my knowledge as well as maybe contributing a little bit every now and then.

I don't know why the upper looks purple in the pics, the finish is very close between the two halves. I'm still waiting on the DD rail to get here, but for now I think it looks pretty good.

Nice build! Do it right the first time...and you did. But boy does it look purple. I'm not sure why it shows up that way; gives it character I guess. :D

it's very strange that it looks purple in the pictures. It's noticeable that there is a difference in the finish, but It looks a lighter shade of gray in person...not purple.

I was forced to sell one of my entire collections once because I was married to a lying, manipulative, theiving bitch.:D

At least you did it out of necessity and honor...hope the illness is under control.

Figured I'd put up some updates.

I decided to ditch the Eotech. I liked it and all, but I'm still an aimpoint guy at heart. I've got an M3 w/ GG&G accucam mount on the way. I'm also switch the Ergo over to my current 20" build and throwing a MIAD in this one. I'll put up some pics when everything gets here.
