I am working on an app that finds which NWS warning area that I am in.

I need to take the shape file on this website,
https://www.weather.gov/gis/CWABounds, and extract the gps coordinates for the polygons. Can anyone help me out?

I work with GIS, I’m out in the field now but if I have time when I get back into the office later I’ll take a look at it. If I can’t figure it out, one of my co-worker might be able to.
