View Full Version : 2 officers gunned down at Home Depot in Dallas.
This home depot is like 1/2 mile from my house.
2 officers and a Home Depot loss prevention officer were shot, 27 year old Officer Rogelio Santander and 26-year-old Officer Crystal Almeida and Home Depot security guard Scott Painter. Officer Santander died from his injuries this morning.
Officer Almeida and Scott Painter are still in critical condition (ICU), Scott was shot 4 times.
The suspect, 29-year-old illegal immigrant, Armando Luis Juarez has been arrested after a long car chase and has been charged with 3 counts aggravated assault and capital murder. Apparently, Juarez was acting suspiciously and assumed he was stealing, he was detained by an off duty officer who called for back up, when the police got on to the scene and tried to arrest him for outstanding felony warrants, he drew a pistol, shot both officers and Painter and was able to escape.

I read several news stories of this, I don't think its in the best interest of the media to identify this individual as a "illegal immigrant" knowing that our left media supports these people.

my wife and I were drilled about work and jobs and education and so on when we went through the legal process to get in so I have a lot of reasons to not like folks cutting in line not paying and not being good people !
we pay and do it legal we get nothing (which is fine)
vs doing it illegal and getting paid and benefits etc.. our system and country is going backwards

My thoughts and prayers are with the wounded officers, and the friends and family of the murdered DPD officer.
We just had a Richardson Police Officer murdered two months ago, just a few miles from that Home Depot.
The murderer in Dallas was shoplifting a bucket of paint. Freaking paint. :(

If you are familiar with Dallas, that's a rock throw from a neighborhood called Five Points. It's the highest crime area in the DPD's Northeast Division, and maybe the entire city of Dallas.
Which is saying something.

I'm beginning to think the answer to the rise in fatalities involving illegal aliens may be through civil suits.
Every time one of these Mayors wants to declare "His" City a Sanctuary, lets hold 'em to that. Let the Attorney's loose on them each and every time a crime where bodily harm happens.

Thanks for clarifying. I have no love for illegals or fake news so I was just trying to substantiate that point. I hope he gets the needle, no matter if he is legal or illegal.

The needle he will likely get, but if he's replaced tomorrow by four more illegal scumbags just like him, what has been achieved?

There is a rather simple set of solutions for this, but we keep looking past them in order to feed the coffers.
Require background checks for all employee's, E-Verify.
Fine and time for anyone employing illegal workers.
Any elected Official who offers "Sanctuary" becomes personally liable for the damages in such cases.
Make crossing the border illegally a felony that automatically results in deportation and no path toward citizenship.
Harboring an illegal is a felony, time and a fine.
Overstay your Student Visa? Your Country receives two less Student Visa's for the next five years.
Pretty simple solution and that's a short list, we just obviously don't want to lose out on the cheap labor regardless of how many good people get killed by those here without documentation.

I strongly agree with all of this rhetoric.
Having worked, as a kid, in Vegas for my Grandfather's mobile home Company, he was diagnosed with prosate cancer and spent a few weeks in the hospital.
His buddy came from Colorado to run his business for him in the meantime, and I kept working with him.
My grandfather refused to hire illegals to do his simple bidding, this guy drove to home depot every day. Picked up 3 in the back of the truck, and would pay them garbage for what they did.
They were treated pretty badly, yeah, he fed them, made sure they had water and such, but was pretty much, racially, a dick.
To top it off, when my grandfather was out and getting back to normal, he had the audacity to say that labor expenses had used up most of the funds. When I talked to him about what I had seen, handled, and dealt with. He never let that guy back around.
Same guy, we were finishing up a burn-job, he knocks down a ceiling panel above my head full of asbestos, I get covered in singed up, vaporized powdery insulation all over me. Sits there and laughs. If he spent as much time working as he did BSing, we woulda saved a shite ton of cash.
I learned a hell of a lot at 12-13 years of age.
I tell my wife all the time, if I get some sorta cancers in my twenties, it's because of that asshole.
Hold those people accountable. Fine them, second one, jail time. And these fines should be massive. Almost break the bank massive. Not some like we see in shipping Your fine for dumping your invasive species bilge in our lake, so long as you pay the $1000 fine. It would cost them 10grand to follow proper cleaning and bilge protocol each port visit. Which do you think any business will do?

I think your right, just a few months ago, they dug up a body of a 18 year old girl that had been buried for a couple of years, right behind Studio Movie Grill by the Dart Train tracks. Vickery Meadows is the name of the neighborhood and filled with refugees and immigrants.

If you are willing to acknowledge that, then you've given up all hope. You've surrendered to the narrative of the Socialist Progressives.
Their Community is in the Country of their birth and to be honest, dropping an anchor baby didn't make Mom and Dad a Citizen and just barely defined the child as one.
There is no reason to believe that these folks aren't voting or these Politicians aren't counting on them voting in the near future.
In the meantime we're going to bury a couple of Law Enforcement Officers and the Criminal Element is only emboldened by these acts of political cowardice.
