12.5 noveske crusader upper

I just got this but no longer need it. I was told the barrel only has 200 rounds through it and the gas block was "polished" to match the barrel. New kinetic mrex rail and new upper receiver. Has not been fired. Asking $400 shipped no trades. Email please.
