View Full Version : Apex Glock vs Apex M&P?
Hey all,
I'm wondering about Apex trigger kits and how they feel in a Glock compared to an M&P. I had an M&P45c with an Apex setup that I really liked but sold the gun for other reasons. I've only shot stock Glocks or with a Ghost connector so the question is; for those that have had time on both Glock and M&P with Apex setups, how do they compare?
Many thanks!
In short, got way more out of the M&P apex parts than I did with their glock parts.
I have the apex competition kit in an M&P and it makes a world of difference from stock. It was well worth putting it in.
I put the apex trigger and connector in a glock 19 and it was "okay". I ended up selling the glock apex trigger and went back to stock trigger and factory "-" connector. This current setup on the glock is what I have come to like.
That's kind of what I was afraid of. I like my Shield stock and loved the Apex trigger in the 45c I had. I'm trying to find a way to avoid having to sell my G17 by putting Apex parts in it in the hope it would feel like the M&P. Owning that 45c was a revelation in terms of how a trigger can feel in a striker gun and ruined me on Glocks.
I have the polymer shoe on my 2.0 compact and i'm thoroughly pleased with it.
I always check DSG Arms for items. This is what they carry.

Can't say I really have any interest in Zev or any of the other 'Gucci' brands. Apex Tactical parts are tried and tested and while I'm sure Zev are probably ok, I like to stick to what I know. Appreciate the input though.
Cheers.
