As I'm nursing a frozen shoulder had a buddy shoot, because my groups suck can't get behind the gun well.

Not a bad group. I've played around with CFE some with 55gr pills with pretty good results but have not really done much with it and heavier bullets.
Subtract .223 from the total number to get your group size.
I am using the CCI#41s with the CFE. I have worked up some 77gr SMK (OTMs) data with the CFE if anyone is interested.

25.4gr cfe223 worked well for me behind 69smk. I just can't stand the greasy black carbon deposits it likes to leave behind. I think it burns a bit slow for 223 and might be better suited to 308 loads. TAC burns much cleaner for me.

I agree. My Grendel was really dirty after shooting CFE-223. Velocities and grouping was good though. Worked well with 123 gr SST's, Hornady brass and WSR primers. I've got 8# of it so it'll be a while before I go through it.

Yes..... I loaded some last night with cfe223/cci41 and Sierra 68 gr bthp running
22.5 gr to 24 gr in Men17 cases and have some nosler 77 bthp waiting to be loaded.
