Wanted: Offset BUIS (KAC or Magpul) and 35mm optic mount (Spuhr, ADM, etc)

Looking for 45* offset irons, either Magpul MBUS Pro or KAC.

Also looking for a 35mm scope mount (0 MOA cant). Preference would be for a good deal on a Spuhr, otherwise I'd be interested in ADM or Larue.
