ever use it on your handgun? I will be using it on my carbine as recommended by MANY people. Just wondering if it worked well on a handgun also. I am going to try it on my 1911

I've got two big bottles of it at home and I'm using it on all my guns right now.
It works.
Is it as good as other lubes like Weapon Shield? I don't know. I don't have enough experience with WS to tell you. Some other guys do.

i use it on my 1911's. no problems
I train weekly and use it on my G19, AR15, and Rem 870 without issues.
I used it on my 16" MRP during a Pat Rogers class - no issues that weren't user induced - purposely or not!!!

I use it on my AR's when shooting more than 500+ rounds in a 1 day range session. Otherwise, pretty much any lube will do and it shouldn't hurt a handgun.
Use it "at work" on all the belt fed stuff....works great when the weapon is cleaned with the 725 cleaner / degreaser. The follow on cleanings had reduced carbon and coppering, what is there comes off easier.
...also works well on the front door hinges on the house, and a little on my son's matchbox car wheels.:D

IMO it is a good lube but requires reapplication more frequently than say, WS.
I use Slip2000 EWL on my AR's, 1911, Glocks, 870, Rem 700, etc. Basically everything I have. It has worked well for me so far.
