Mag caddy on the Incog is for .40 though 9mm magazines should fit afaik
In good condition, there is some wear on the "fuzz" from carry. I carried this holster for ~1yr and it still has strong retention.

Model SUM227B, Fits Glock 19/23, also fits my CZ P10C though the front slide serrations would probably eventually tear the lining of the holster up a bit.
In good condition, some very small scuffs in the leather on the side that rests against your body. Brass snaps are slightly worn/tarnished.
