Oct. 15, 2018

A federal judge on Monday dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by the pornographic film actress Stephanie Clifford against President Trump, ruling that the president had not defamed her on Twitter last spring and ordering her to pay his legal fees.

The tweet in question was posted by the president on April 18, one day after Ms. Clifford, known professionally as Stormy Daniels, posted a sketch of a man who, she alleged, threatened her in 2011 as she was first considering speaking out about the affair she said she had with Mr. Trump. Mr. Trump called the sketch “a total con job,” depicting “a nonexistent man.”

Let me guess. That federal judge was not and Obama appointee?

If only someone would have done that to Miss I-can't-remeber Ford...

So the money that people donated to Stormy Daniels is going to pay Trump's legal fees?

My, how delicious.....

There are other parts of the lawsuit that have not been thrown out. The porn lawyer has not given up.

Much as I enjoyed her earlier work, it's still funny. I had more respect for her when she had sex for money, at least you understand what you are good at and make your own money accordingly. And if you create enough demand that big pocket dudes with bad hair want a "relationship" then you really need to accept some discretion if you accept the relationship. It's just how things are done.

When whatever poor freaking towel boy has to cater to the needs of the Feinsteins and the Boxers of this world, they do it, take the money and then hopefully buy something that helps them forget the horrors of what they've just done. You don't see Emilio Rivera's write a tell all book or file a frivolous lawsuit because he knows it will ruin things for all the other landscapers who are invited inside for some ice tea and an offer to pay for play.

Michael Avenatti found guilty of stealing from Stormy Daniels. LOL, the ex-sweetheart MSM scumbag lawyer is starting to rack up some time for himself. Seems like a dumbass move to represent himself in court.

So the creepy porn lawyer will soon be the creepy porn lawyer in prison.
He’s got two felony convictions now with a third to follow, with his retrial.

I hope she kicked some of her porn money aside for a rainy day fund.

She's only 42 and isn't gonna be doing any MILF titles. Sad because she was once pretty amazing looking.

Seems her net worth is about 2 million which actually isn't that much by SoCal standards. A regular, ordinary house can cost a million dollars. I suspect she used to have a lot more than that, sometimes going for the big "payday" can cost you a lot of money.

I won't hold my breath until the bitch actually pays the money. She'll send $10 a month in perpetuity. The court will say it's being done in "good faith".

That's the problem with civil judgements, no real recourse for not paying. I hand out those papers all the time on judgements that are way less and they have 10 years to pay it off. Most haven't and forgot all about it.

The important thing is she didn't win. Donald will be just fine if she never pays a cent, she however will likely never recover from her attempted power play.

If ever anyone needs to stay in their lane, it was Stormy. She could have lived a very nice life, but instead a "porn star" decided to play high stakes politics. You'd think that people would have learned from Anna Nicole. Just because "at the time" you are one of the most attractive females on the planet...AND some wealthy / powerful person is willing to pay you for your time...that doesn't make you a wealthy / powerful person or a person capable of playing "big win" games at their level.

And as always..."A lawyer will tell you anything" but the thing they should all start with is THEY will get paid no matter what.

And a bus load of the best-looking girl from a small town is arriving every hour. She’s toast.

Drop another quarter into the “Trump was right” jar. Seems the anti-Trump darlings of the media are getting kicked to the side- Daniels, Avenatti, the Cuomo brothers, CNN’s leadership….

Sad part is it doesn't matter one iota, except to folks like you and I. The MSM will brush it under the carpet. Their stranglehold on the nation needs to be ruthlessly broken. The "news" and journalism (I hesistate to even use that word) was never intended to be an arm of the government, let alone one party in particular. Things have become so convoluted and perverted it isn't even funny. If you told someone from the 1940's that the MSM in this country would end up basically being like Goebbels' propaganda machine they would scoff at you and think you were crazy. Yet that is what we have come to: the media (in general) has become an organ of the state.....but only one side of the political isle.

Yes and no. When Hearst ran almost every newspaper in the country...he did all of that shit and more. If there is one place monopolies and editorial bias should not be permitted, it is the media. Otherwise screw their first amendment protections.

And I include Fox in this, if not for outlets like CNN, you wouldn't need Fox to counter them. The news should be 100% politically neutral. Tell us what happened, don't tell us how we should feel about it and certainly don't tell us what YOU the media think of it. Part of the problem is media personalities trying to be popular.

Well, you know she's really only got one skillset right. I highly doubt Melania would be cool with Stormy "working it off". ;)

I'm sure he will be popular in prison. He can be the jailhouse lawyer. Although he had better not steal people's commissary otherwise he might get shanked.

Honestly, I'd rather hit Melania. Stormy didn't age very well. Kinda sad, she was amazing in her prime.

True. She was one of the classiest First Ladies in a very long time and it was disgusting the way the media constantly slandered her.

Yep, she has the lowest approval ratings of any first lady since gallup started the poll back in 1940. Which just goes to show you how incredibly biased such things have become.

The media is correct about one thing, we are a very, very racist nation and that meant it was ok to hate Melania for anything.
