Okay, I figured this is probably a long shot...
Last deer season, I managed to have the Mauser action on my hand-made rifle come apart in my hands while in the deer stand. Two parts dropped into the leaves below: the bolt catch and the bolt catch retaining screw.
I found the bolt catch....no luck on the retaining screw.
Does anybody know where I might find one? It's such a tiny little piece, and I've looked EVERYWHERE for one to no avail. Even Brownell's doesn't have it. If anyone knows where I might be able to get one, I'd really appreciate it.
