I recently picked up an Aimpoint CompM2 and this mount came with it. The Aimpoint is going on a shotgun so this mount is surplus.
Larue LT-150 mount, fits 30mm red dots like the Aimpoint Comp, PRO and ACO series as well as copies like the Primary Arms 30mm red dot. Larue quick release system. Here is a link to Larue's description:
