My LMT carbine (with CASV rail and Troy rear BUIS; standard front sight) is itching for an optic. I have roughly 12" of rail space on top of the CASV; the TR20-2 (3-9x40 Mil Dot) is 12.2" long.

It SEEMS that I'll run into eye relief issues with a scope that long on top of a carbine, given that the eye relief is listed in the 3.5" range; does anyone have a TR20 Accupoint on a carbine? How is the eye relief working out for you?

(For comparison, a TR21 is about 2" shorter than the TR20.)

With an ADM Recon mount or a LaRue SPR mount that scope would work just fine on any AR upper.
