Troy and KAC Panel Question

Is a Troy drop in rail compatible with KAC pannels?

I'm looking at pictures of them and they don't appear to be?

I find the KAC panels a pain in the ass. The metal tab rusts and they are a PITA to get off at times. Seriously look at the Magpul XTM panels, they are far superior to the outdated designed KAC.

I know that isn't an answer to your question, but it's the best I can do.

The Troy drop-in rails do have cuts that allow for KAC panels.
