Hello everyone. I've decided to get an LWRC DI upper while they're on sale. I dig their barrels, but I can't decide which rail to get, their proprietary rail or the MLOK. The proprietary one comes with a nice hand stop and rail covers, but doesn't have the wide range of supportable accessories that MLOK has. I don't think the MLOK rail looks quite as good, but that's kind of secondary. Does anyone know if the MLOK rail weighs less? That would make things easy. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

We sell both regularly, mlok has more metal removed and feels lighter to me (haven’t weighed them). I own A5 SBR with proproetary rail and its’s a great looking setup. Can’t go wrong with either. On a 16” gun I’d probably go mlok for a few ounces lighter and versatility.
