arsenal sla100

I found one of these at a small gun shop. Had some wear but appeared to be in good condition. Milled receiver and he wanted $675. The info I found on the gun by way of the web seemed to indicate that it was built sometime in 2000. Maybe earlier or later. Had Vector Knoxville on it. Same co. as in Vegas? Not sure it is better than a brand new something but wanted opinions from this knowledgeable group.

I did not get the slr100 at this time. What I did get was an almost new arsenal sa m-7. OTD for 800. Nary a scratch on this gun. Wife said I get one more rifle. So now will look for an ak74. Buzz thanks for your help.:D
