Winchester Lot No's

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to decode Winchester's ammunition Lot Numbers?

I'm trying to identify the year of manufacture from numbers such as:

015VD60
017WM81
106XM31

If anyone knows the numbering system I'd appreciate a heads up.
