Is there a rough list of hottest to least hot?

Where is wolf gold on the ladder? Pmc bronze?

Every Manufacturer has these charts available, most are pretty detailed, why don't you put one together for the group?

Not being snarky, I just don't have the time right know. I think you'll find that most manufacturers are pretty close to one another in 55 and 62 grain, which is all I've paid much attention to.

Good luck.

But is velocity the same as pressure? If you want to tie it to gassport size and buffer

Hard to say unless you factor in gas length and port size. It's gonna be a big chart.

We haven't tested specifically for this,
but it seems like the relative ranking of gas port pressures between different loads stays relatively constant across gas systems.

Oh look! A place on M4C that discusses ammo.

Velocity is not the same as chamber pressure, which is not the same as gas port pressure.

What are you looking for? If it's chamber or port pressure, then you're not going to find it.
Manufacturers don't specify anything beyond velocity, and the equipment to measure pressure
isn't going to be owned by any of us. Since manufacturers don't specify what powder is used,
if they're even using an over the counter powder, we can't even calculate the pressure via software.
