Stuck Safety

[S&WM4]

I searched but did not find anything related. I just picked up my S&W M&P15 and got home. I was looking at it again and I cannot get the safety to come off of fire to safe. I am new to AR's but heck I think I should be able to movethis, right?

Any insight on what could be causing this?
