Has anyone used it? Seems like a great option, but when trying to ship a handgun, their sizes are throwing me off. The largest box size you can ship is only 3" deep? I don't know how you get a gun into a hardcase and than into another box while keeping it under three inches.

I did, a few days ago. I also spent 25 minutes on hold this morning. I was the number one customer on hold and it still took long enough that I gave up.

I just measured 3 plastic cases that pistols came in from the factory and they were all over 3" deep. Maybe the discounted rate they get from Fedex specifies max box dimensions.

That's not good. I have heard of them, for quite a while, but never used them. Never actually heard any reviews on them.

I checked two random pistol boxes. One cardboard and one plastic. Both over 3"
