Brand new S&W 15-22

I've been shooting lots of .22lr lately. Ruger 10/22 is fine, but I've been wanting a 22 AR-15. So at the gun show I got a 15-22. Gun + one mag, and two extra mags, was $400 out the door.

These come equipped with a modern tacticool forend, and flip up iron sights. I'd have preferred a M4 configuration but they don't make one.

This looks like it's going to be so much fun. It's sitting in my cabinet, next to a 6920.

I have a case of CCI Blazer on the way.
Can't wait for better weather to go break it in.

Mine runs like a scalded dog. Be careful or you will end up in more in upgrades than you spent buying the base gun. Sig Romeo for $125 is a great start. You will have fun.
