Mine hasn't arrive yet, but I'd be contacting LMT first thing Monday morning to get those parts sent and the issue resolved. Always best to deal with the company direct and work out a solution before blasting it on an open forum though. It's frowned upon here. Not trying to be a Nazi, just a heads up.

Wow….your chassis is missing the staked in helicoil, along with bolts and washer. That chassis missed a few steps in QC to say the least. That's pretty bad imho.

ETA: to answer the question directly, yes even a naked chassis should include the two bolts and washer, as I just got a naked MLR chassis at Xmas like that. It should obviously have the staked steel helicoils as well. I've never seen that, and only once heard of a problem with the staking on one.
