Very interesting... But questions:

1) What mags are used?
2) Is that a new LaRue forearm?
3) How reliable will it be

$2500 seems to be reasonable in light of KAC products and other custom creations...

I too would like to know what mags it takes. It looks like SR-25/DPMS type.

16inch sniper rifle? I wonder if it uses DPMS/Knight or AR10 mags?

16" standard with other lengths available upon request. Looks like it take the DPMS/KAC mags.

I'm a huge LaRue fan, but wont this gun be plagued by the same problems as every other DI 7.62 gun on the market? It looks badass, but I would like to know more specifics (technical details).

I just ordered one this morning. Quoted delivery is late 1st quarter of 2009. Uses XM110 type magazines. I asked for an 18" barrel, but it is not clear yet what barrel lengths other than 16" will initially be available. As one might expect, I'm finding the mags a little tough to source at the moment.
