Hi I have a upper for sale with a Noveske 14.5 barrel1/7 twist with a 1.5 battle comp, Troy Ind 13” battle rail with integrated front sight, Troy Ind rear sight, BCG,and charging handle. Originally bought it for my wife but she doesn’t shoot to much any more due to illness. 450.00 OBO.
