Finally got around to installing an Apex Trigger with the Forward set sear
Unfortunately, I have an early model with the smaller 1/16” plunger & spring in the sear block.
So I have replaced the trigger, trigger spring, and the sear, but I reused the original small spring/plunger.
The trigger is ok, but still a little spongy with a gritty take-up. Better than stock

Looking for someone who may have some insight on this.
Will replacing that spring and plunger with the larger 1/8” version make any difference in the performance of the trigger? I am planning on milling a larger hole and purchasing the larger plunger or even just buying the block with the larger diameter plunger.
But if this is not going to make a difference, I may forget about the hassle, just go back to stock and leave this as a truck gun.

The secondary market of $250 isn’t worth getting rid of a reliable pistol imo
This is not my primary defense pistol. Basically a suppressor host that gets used occasionally
