I picked up a couple of Sabre stripped lowers, not from Brownell's, and promptly returned them.
They had rough, jagged, flashing on the inside of the trigger guard, all the way around.
I wouldn't have accepted them for half price. Not a good basis for any kind of build.

Could have been an isolated pair but I'll never know 'cause I won't buy another Sabre lower again.

I've seen LMT lowers with that too.

Well, I have not. I've been fortunate that all the Stag/CMT, Anvil Arms and LMT lowers I use have not had any issues at all.

The flashing on the Sabres was really rough and if rubbed was sharp. Not what I'd call quality. Like I said, could've been an isolated incident.

I was pretty pleased with my recent Sabre upper. A couple of minor flaws in the finish that you can barely notice, but otherwise excellent.

It'll shoot fine. Nice choice.

Ya but they are the price of a 6920... I wish they would carry the basic 16" middy.
