I've been struggling to figure out the source of the water leak on my oldest Thumler. After replacing the lid gasket and flipping the lid, I noticed it was really flowing today... and not at the lid.

Lo and behold all of these corners are splitting/cracking...

How old is it? I keep buying vibratory tumblers, but know that I should upgrade one day.

Could you pour in some PlastiDip and let it run, to seal all the gaps?

I have the Frankford wet tumbler, and it's a nice unit...

It's years old... maybe 4-5??

I have two of them and one liner fits tighter than the other, and one liner sits lower/bottoms out in the can. So I don't know if it's stress from sagging when sitting upright with the lid off... or maybe the chlorine in the city water weakened it.

Both tumblers are indoors. Looks like it's $60 for new liner. :(

JB Weld or ultrablack gasket seal.

Couldn't hurt to try some repairs I guess. I bet if I put a layer of the lid material in the bottom of the bucket it would relieve some of the pulling on the corners.
