Sheriffs Office saying homeowner used an AR. If story is accurate just another good reason to have 30 rounds in your AR for home defense. Sounds like they exchanged gunfire. Any locals out there have more info?

Someone said, if you use ten rounds in self defense you are either going to be famous or infamous.

Probably someone that has never been in a gunfight.

Homeowner was 61 and if I'm reading the story correctly the four men were there to get guns and marijuana.

And Lefties wonder why we're so insistent about our full-cap mags... well, the "honest" ones, the ones in gov use these shitstains as catspaws to keep the sheeple afraid and clamoring to trade more liberty for "safety".

Well played.

But IF it's true, this is a strong lesson about not letting people who are potentially sketchy know you have guns and weed.

Good point!

I read where the distance from the road to the trailer was 300 yards. Damn, that is certainly secluded!

They came for the home owners personal property...they collected it in over 55 grain increments.

Sounds to me like there is probably more to this story than we have been told.
