I have built a Yugo 24/47 into a sweet rifle. 26" E.R Shaw 3 1/2 contour .308 bbl, 1/10 twist. The stock is ATI which I like but I'm changing that out to a Boyds laminate to help with some magazine issues. The scope is a Tasco World Class Plus 3x9x44. She is a shooter. With just a bore sight she was shooting 1 1/2" at 100 yards during break in. This weekend I'm gonna take her out to see what she can do with good ammo and a proper sight in. Which is all moot when I change stocks...

Mine is in process and has been a long time coming. It took my over 3-yrs. to acquire all the parts. Started with an unissued FN 30-11 Sniper stock. Acquired surplus FN Mauser action, Hammer forged FN Barrel blank, Parker Hale trigger. Farrel 20 MOA mount. My smith is a genius with magazine conversions. He's modified the surplus bottom metal with some receiver stub sections left over from FAL builds, so it will utilize FAL mags. It has a target rail in the forend that is gonna accomodate a Parker Hale style bipod. Oh yea, it has an AAC Blackout flash-hider for my 7.62 SD I picked up next week. I'll have to check with him and see how we're doing.
