I do not know what brand this is. I bought it at a police supply store a couple years ago. Its made well, and does the job. It has rode in my truck as a backup. It fits 10x12 plates front and rear. It will also accept soft armor as well.
The cummerbund is secured with para cord on the rear and will adjust accordingly. Its all molle, and has velcro front and rear for patches.
