I believe Sionics is still selling BCG's with the NP3 finish.

When did Robar close?

Not sure what they use but a lot people around me use Birdsong. Just throwing them out there because they are a local company.

For Post_7,
https://robarguns.com
Robar seems to be in the process of closing and selling off firearms-related inventory. RobarGuns website isn't providing much info as to what's happening w/them.

Here's a link relating to NP3 and Coating Technologies, which seems to indicate it'll inform an interested party via email as to where to get its NP3 and other products done:
http://coatingtechnologiesllc.com/robar-closure/

It seems to me what's happening is Mr. Barkman is shutting down the firearms-related RobarGuns company and will focus on his Coating Technologies company, which will have no FFL-related activities, but may be putting its coatings on parts supplied by/for/to FFLs, but also to other commercial or non-firearms-related industries.

Again, I'm just guessing without actually contacting either of these companies or Mr. Barkman. Anyone, please correct my guesses or add to the info at your convenience.

I suppose if I was in-business, I could see having a company which could contract with another company to NP3 a 1,000+ unit batch of parts, rather than maintaining an FFL just to do an individual's order to disassemble a single owner's firearm, and NP3 three to ten different parts (like a Glock trigger bar, connector, firing pin safety, slide, barrel, and maybe a couple of pins and a depressor/plunger).

WMD has a nickel Teflon finish, I believe the Teflon content is slightly higher the Np3.
