Does anyone know if the Hera fixed nonthumbhole stock is legal to use on NYS UnSafe act compliant ARs?

Does anyone know if the Hera fixed nonthumbhole stock is legal to use on NYS UnSafe act compliant ARs?
It's a fixed stock so it's fine, just like a standard A1/2 stock.
