New AR

I've been drooling over ARs and all the options for years. I found this site this week and after much deliberation and the recent political changes I've taken the dive into this "disease". I won this auction today. It was priced right compared to the others on gunbroker. It'll feel like forever till I get it in my hands. I had to give my other half an early christmas present (amazon.com kindle) to get out of the doghouse. I think I got a pretty good deal all things considered.

Good choice, I chose a 6920 as my first AR also. Coincidentally I payed 1275 online also. I checked the website the day after the election and the price had gone up 100 bucks.

Yes, you did a great job! Choosing that rifle will keep you from having to post many of the common new guy questions like "why won't my new milspec stock fit" or any other questions relating to a multitude of problems you could experience with a lesser rifle.

Please no $30 green lasers ;)

Yeah I'm just now starting to realize all the options for this gun. I'm going to keep it stock for the time being and see where I want to go with it. That and I'm about out of money (not that I had alot to begin with). I did purchase 10 C Products magazines and 1,000 rounds of 62 gr. Prvi Partizan today, I'm excited.
